He began his professional career as an Advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Legal Aid Center (POSBAKUMADIN) – Tangerang, where he also served as Secretary. In this capacity, he actively provided pro bono legal services, including legal consultation, legal assistance, and courtroom representation for members of the public. This experience laid a strong foundation in litigation practice while fostering a deep understanding of the legal challenges faced by the community.

These experiences broadened his capabilities in handling both litigation and non-litigation matters while strengthening his ability to advise individuals, corporations, and public institutions across a diverse range of legal issues.

As a member of the firm's legal team, Mr. Nazarono has been involved in handling matters relating to general criminal law, corruption offences, land disputes, administrative litigation, employment law, and industrial relations disputes. In his non-litigation practice, he has extensive experience in contract drafting and review, collective labour agreement (CLA) preparation, legal opinions, and corporate legal advisory services concerning industrial relations and regulatory compliance. These experiences have enabled him to develop practical legal strategies, conduct comprehensive legal analysis, and deliver effective solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
