Senior Advocate & Mediator

Mohammad Zain Savero, S.H., M.H., CPM., more commonly known as Vero, is a Senior Advocate and Mediator at Endang Hadrian & Partners Law Firm, with extensive professional experience in handling various legal matters, both in litigation and non-litigation.

Vero is an Advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI) and a Mediator who is a member of the Indonesian Dispute Board (Dewan Sengketa Indonesia/DSI). Combining practical experience, academic competence, and a comprehensive understanding of various areas of law, he is committed to providing legal services that are professional, strategic, solution-oriented, and focused on the interests of clients.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ), in 2011. Subsequently, in 2026, he completed his Master of Laws (M.H.) degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Islam Syekh Yusuf (UNIS), graduating with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. These academic achievements reflect his commitment to continuously developing his intellectual and professional capabilities in order to provide increasingly high-quality legal solutions to each client.

Vero began his professional journey as an Advocate in 2016 at the Legal Aid Institute for Legal and Human Rights Advocacy (Pusat Advokasi Hukum & HAM/PAHAM) Indonesia, DKI Jakarta Branch. Since 2019, he has joined Endang Hadrian & Partners Law Firm and has continued to develop his experience and expertise in handling various cases and legal matters.

In litigation practice, Vero has experience handling cases at various levels of the judicial system in Indonesia, covering cases including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Industrial Relations Disputes (Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial/PHI), State Administrative Law (Tata Usaha Negara/TUN), as well as Family Law, including inheritance, divorce, guardianship, conservatorship, and various other legal cases.

Meanwhile, in the non-litigation field, he provides legal services covering the establishment and administration of business entities and licensing, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparation of Academic Papers (Naskah Akademik/NA) in connection with the formulation of laws and regulations and their implementing regulations, preparation of legal opinions, dispute resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration, as well as legal consultation and assistance for corporations and individuals.

The experience gained from various cases and legal assignments has developed Vero's ability to comprehensively analyze legal issues, formulate appropriate legal strategies, manage legal risks, and provide effective and applicable solutions in accordance with the needs and objectives of each client.

In addition to being active in legal practice, Vero is also involved in a number of professional organizations and institutions, including as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), a member of the Indonesian Dispute Board (DSI), a board member of the Legal and Human Rights Advocacy Center (PAHAM) Indonesia, DKI Jakarta Branch, as well as being part of the legal team of PT Jakarta Konsultindo (JAKKON). Such involvement has further enriched his perspective and experience in the fields of litigation, non-litigation, dispute resolution, as well as corporate governance and corporate legal requirements.
