Dr. Lukman Hakim, S.H., M.H. serves as a Partner at Endang Hadrian & Partners Law Firm. With more than two decades of professional experience, he possesses extensive expertise in litigation and non-litigation practice, corporate law, business dispute resolution, and Intellectual Property (IP) law. His broad experience enables him to provide comprehensive legal opinions, risk mitigation strategies, and effective solutions for resolving complex legal issues.

Dr. Lukman Hakim began his legal career in 2000 at Muhajir Sodruddin & Partners, one of Indonesia's leading corporate law firms. Through dedication and professional excellence, he advanced from Senior Associate to Senior Partner. Throughout his career, he has handled numerous strategic matters involving civil law, criminal law, corporate law, land law, banking, insurance, shipping and maritime law, anti-money laundering (AML), and intellectual property.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, in 1998. He subsequently earned a Master of Laws (M.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, graduating cum laude in 2002, and later completed his Doctor of Law (Dr.) at Universitas Trisakti in 2019, also graduating cum laude. His strong academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, provides a solid foundation for delivering legal services based on thorough legal analysis and practical, solution-oriented advice.

In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Lukman Hakim is a full-time lecturer in Criminal Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. As an academic, he has consistently contributed to the advancement of legal scholarship through numerous books and scientific publications, particularly in the fields of corruption, anti-money laundering, human trafficking, business law, insurance law, and contemporary criminal law.

Dr. Lukman Hakim also has an outstanding record of leadership in professional and academic organizations. He served as President of the Student Senate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, from 1996 to 1998, and chaired the drafting committee for the 1998 Indonesian Student Version of the Political Bill. He currently serves as Vice President of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (IKALUM FH UMJ), and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Lukman Hakim has been entrusted to provide legal representation and advisory services to various government ministries, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), national corporations, and individual clients in a broad range of strategic legal matters. He also served as an Intellectual Property Consultant to the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia and has extensive experience in matters involving land law, insurance, shipping and maritime law, anti-money laundering, and business disputes.

Among his notable engagements, he acted as legal counsel for former Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. dr. Siti Fadilah Supari, in proceedings before the Corruption Court in 2017. In the same year, he also represented the Board of Directors of PT Bukit Asam Tbk in significant legal proceedings.
