Throughout his distinguished career as an Advocate and Legal Consultant, he has represented and advised individuals, corporations, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and government institutions in a broad range of complex and strategic matters before various courts and dispute resolution forums throughout Indonesia.

He is widely recognized for his extensive expertise in land and property law, commercial dispute resolution, civil litigation, criminal law, administrative law, environmental law, competition law, bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), arbitration, and numerous other areas of law requiring comprehensive legal analysis and strategic representation. His commitment to in-depth legal analysis, professional integrity, and solution-oriented legal services has earned him a reputation as one of Indonesia's trusted legal practitioners in handling high-profile and strategically significant cases.

Dr. Endang Hadrian began his legal career in 1998 as a Legal Staff member. He obtained his license to practice as a lawyer in 2000 and has been officially admitted as an Advocate since 2002, pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. D-171.KP.04.13-Th.2002 dated 26 June 2002.

Prior to establishing Endang Hadrian & Partners Law Firm, he built his professional career at several prominent law firms in Jakarta, including Frans Winarta & Partners and Djafar, Fredrick & Partners. He was also a Co-Founder and Partner of Syuqron, Hadrian & Partners Law Firm, where he further expanded his leadership experience and expertise in handling nationally significant legal matters.

Academically, Dr. Endang Hadrian earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, in 1998. He subsequently obtained his Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2009, graduating Cum Laude, and later completed his Doctor of Law (Dr.) at Universitas Trisakti in 2019, also graduating Cum Laude. The combination of extensive legal practice and distinguished academic achievement enables him to provide clients with practical, well-founded, and strategically sound legal advice.

In addition to practicing as an advocate, Dr. Endang Hadrian is also qualified to act as a Receiver and Administrator. This combination of experience has fostered comprehensive expertise in handling bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) cases, corporate and debt restructuring, corporate liquidation, and various other complex legal matters within the realms of insolvency and business rescue.

As an academic, he serves as a Permanent Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University, where he actively contributes to the advancement of legal scholarship through books, academic publications in national and international journals, and various research initiatives.
