The family of the late Indonesian actor Mat Solar and M. Idris successfully reached an amicable settlement in a land ownership dispute involving approximately 1,300 square meters of land with compensation valued at IDR 3.3 billion. The settlement was concluded in BSD, Tangerang, on 20 March 2025.

Following the execution of the settlement agreement and the formal reconciliation between the parties, the civil lawsuit that had previously been filed with the Tangerang District Court was officially withdrawn on 21 March 2025.

Endang Hadrian, acting as legal counsel for M. Idris, confirmed that both parties had mutually agreed to withdraw the litigation, thereby resolving the dispute through an out-of-court settlement.

Subsequent to the withdrawal of the claim, the parties jointly submitted an application to the Tangerang District Court for the release of the IDR 3.3 billion compensation funds that had previously been deposited with the court through a court consignment (konsinyasi) mechanism. The application was accompanied by the executed settlement agreement and was submitted for further judicial processing.

The successful resolution of the matter demonstrates Endang Hadrian's experience in representing clients in complex land ownership and compensation disputes, facilitating negotiated settlements, and assisting clients in court consignment proceedings arising from land acquisition for public infrastructure projects.
