Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. Prioritizes Conscience in His Work

Over more than two decades of practice, Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. has established a distinguished litigation practice by successfully representing clients in numerous high-profile and strategically significant cases across Indonesia.
Among his notable representations was serving as legal counsel for Drs. H. Arsid, M.Si. and Andreas Taulany in the 2010 South Tangerang Regional Election Dispute before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. The matter attracted significant public attention and involved complex constitutional and electoral law issues.
Dr. Endang Hadrian also successfully represented clients in a landmark land administration dispute before the Serang State Administrative Court (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara), resulting in the cancellation of 26 overlapping land ownership certificates (Sertifikat Hak Milik/SHM) issued over the same parcel of land. The case is widely regarded as one of the most significant land administration disputes in the region due to the extraordinary number of conflicting certificates involved.
