Heavy equipment was deployed during the execution to facilitate the demolition and clearance of the property. Fire engines and ambulances were also placed on standby, as the heirs of D.L. Sitorus, who claimed ownership of the land based on transferred cultivation rights, continued to occupy the property. They had constructed semi-permanent unauthorized structures and allegedly stationed individuals to unlawfully guard and occupy the land.

Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H., expressed his satisfaction with the successful execution when interviewed at the 6,689-square-meter property located on AMD Raya Street, RT 003/RW 001, Pondok Kacang Barat Village, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City.

He explained that the execution was carried out in accordance with the operative provisions of the following final and binding court decisions:

• Judicial Review Decision No. 785 PK/PDT/2016, dated 27 February 2017;
• in conjunction with Supreme Court Cassation Decision No. 99 K/Pdt/2010, dated 12 May 2010;
• in conjunction with Banten High Court Decision No. 57/PDT/2009/PT.BTN, dated 9 July 2009; and
• in conjunction with Tangerang District Court Decision No. 144/PDT.G/2008/PN. Tangerang, dated 27 November 2008.

These decisions conclusively affirmed PT Jaya Real Property Tbk.'s legal ownership of the land and formed the legal basis for the enforcement of the court-ordered execution.
