Endang Hadrian Handles a Highly Complex Land Dispute Involving Hundreds of Land Certificates Before the Semarang Administrative Court

SEMARANG โ€“ Land law practitioner Endang Hadrian has handled a highly complex land dispute involving hundreds of land certificates before the Semarang Administrative Court (PTUN Semarang).

The case has attracted significant attention due to the large number of disputed land certificates and the alleged administrative irregularities in the issuance of those certificates.

The dispute involves multiple parties with overlapping legal interests, requiring a careful, systematic, and well-structured legal approach.

According to Endang Hadrian, disputes involving hundreds of land certificates demand a comprehensive legal strategy. This includes tracing the history of land rights, examining the validity of supporting documents, and reconciling juridical records with physical land data.

He explained that each land certificate must be individually examined, including the authority under which it was issued, compliance with applicable procedures, and the legal validity of its substantive basis.

โ€œThis is what makes cases of this nature exceptionally complex,โ€ he said.

Endang further emphasized that his approach extends beyond courtroom litigation. It also involves an in-depth legal analysis to identify potential administrative defects that may serve as grounds for the cancellation of land certificates through administrative court proceedings.

Legal observers have noted that handling disputes of this magnitude demonstrates the importance of specialized expertise in agrarian law and administrative law. They also believe that the court's ruling may serve as an important precedent for resolving similar land disputes in the future.

The Semarang Administrative Court, in Case No. 63/G/2025/PTUN-SMG, has since ordered the cancellation of hundreds of land certificates.
