Represents PT Jaya Real Property in Landmark Land Execution Case

Since 2004, Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. has served as legal counsel for PT Jaya Real Property (PT JRP) in a long-running land dispute involving a 6,689-square-meter parcel of land located on Jalan AMD Raya, Pondok Kacang Barat, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang, Banten. After years of litigation, the legal proceedings ultimately concluded in favor of PT Jaya Real Property.

The dispute between PT Jaya Real Property and the alleged heirs of D.L. Sitorus presented significant legal and practical challenges. In addition to competing ownership claims, the property had been occupied by the alleged heirs and contained numerous semi-permanent unauthorized structures. According to the case, the land was also guarded by individuals who were alleged to be unlawfully preventing the rightful owner from exercising possession.

On 7 March 2018, the Tangerang District Court successfully carried out the court-ordered execution of the property. The execution was supported by a joint security task force consisting of personnel from the Indonesian National Police, Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), Indonesian National Armed Forces (Kodim), Brimob, and regional government officials to ensure that the enforcement proceeded safely and in accordance with the final court judgment.

As legal counsel for PT Jaya Real Property, Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. stated that the compulsory execution was necessary because the court's judgment had become final and legally binding (inkracht). The enforcement was undertaken to ensure that his client could fully exercise its lawful ownership and possession rights over the property after years of unauthorized occupation.

The successful execution marked the conclusion of a legal dispute that had been handled by Dr. Endang Hadrian for more than a decade and demonstrates Endang Hadrian & Partners' extensive experience in complex land ownership litigation, property execution proceedings, and the enforcement of final court judgments before the Indonesian courts.
