Tangerang — Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. once again achieved a favorable court outcome in a case involving land ownership rights.

In this matter, Dr. Endang Hadrian represented H. Muhammad Idris in a criminal case arising from compensation funds for land acquired for a toll road project. The compensation had been deposited with the Tangerang District Court through a judicial consignment mechanism. The dispute subsequently led to criminal proceedings initiated following a complaint filed by actor and comedian Nasrullah, professionally known as Mat Solar, against H. Muhammad Idris, who was detained for approximately three months during the legal process.

The criminal trial between Mat Solar and H. Muhammad Idris, a respected Islamic teacher, reached its final stage with the court delivering its judgment on 20 October 2020. The prosecution alleged violations of Articles 372 and 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), relating to embezzlement and fraud.

The proceedings before the Tangerang District Court were closely contested, focusing on the determination of the material facts arising from the complaint filed by Mat Solar.
