Attorney Endang Hadrian Represents Grandfather Idris in Landmark Land Dispute Against Mat Solar
South Tangerang – Attorney Dr. H. Endang Hadrian, S.H., M.H. appeared in court as legal counsel representing Ustaz H. Muhammad Idris, an elderly resident of Pamulang, South Tangerang.
According to Endang Hadrian, Mr. Idris was allegedly the victim of a dispute over his land. He stated that his client believed he had been treated unjustly in connection with the sale and purchase of land affected by the Serpong–Cinere Toll Road Project, following a report filed by Indonesian comedian and actor Mat Solar (real name Nasrullah), best known for his leading role in the television sitcom Bajaj Bajuri.
As a result of the case, Mr. Idris was brought before the Tangerang District Court as a criminal defendant on allegations of fraud and embezzlement relating to land claimed by Mat Solar.
Mat Solar Involved in Rp3 Billion Land Dispute, Case Heard by the Court
Jakarta – Mat Solar is no longer active in Indonesia's entertainment industry. The Bajaj Bajuri star has been battling the effects of a stroke in recent years. However, his challenges extend beyond health issues, as he has also been involved in a legal dispute concerning land valued at approximately Rp3 billion with Muhammad Idris. The case has proceeded to trial before the court.
The Tangerang District Court is hearing the land dispute between Mat Solar and Muhammad Idris. The case centers on competing claims over ownership rights and compensation related to the disputed property.
The dispute has attracted significant public attention due to the involvement of a well-known public figure and the substantial value of the land at issue.
