SEMARANG – Endang Hadrian, a legal practitioner specializing in land law, is increasingly gaining recognition in Indonesia's land law sector.
His reputation rose significantly after handling a land dispute case in Cilegon, Banten, where he successfully secured the cancellation of 26 land certificates through the decision of the Serang Administrative Court (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang) No. 12/G/2016/PTUN-SRG, dated October 10, 2016. The judgment has become final and binding and has been fully enforced.
Following that success, Endang Hadrian has taken on another major land dispute case. This time, he is handling a significantly larger dispute in Semarang involving hundreds of land certificates.
The case is regarded as one of the more complex land disputes, both from the perspectives of legal issues and land administration, under the decision of the Semarang Administrative Court No. 63/G/2025/PTUN-SMG.
The dispute involves multiple parties with competing interests and concerns the legality of ownership over a substantial number of registered land parcels.
